Payment Policy – Mr Mobility.
This Payment Policy explains how payments are handled for products and services offered by Mr Mobility.
1. Accepted Payment Methods.
Mr Mobility accepts the following payment methods:
Bank transfers (ACH or wire transfer, where approved)
ZELLE
All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars (USD).
2. Payment Requirement.
Full payment is required before any order is processed, shipped, delivered, or scheduled for service, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Orders will not be released until payment is successfully received and verified.
3. Custom Orders.
Custom-built, special-order, heavy -duty or modified mobility equipment requires 100% payment in advance.
Once payment is received, our team proceeds with delivery arrangements.
4. Taxes and Fees.
Product prices are tax inclusive.
Shipping, delivery, installation, and service fees are charged separately unless clearly stated on the invoice or quote.
5. Failed or Reversed Payments.
If a payment is declined, reversed, or disputed, Mr Mobility reserves the right to delay or cancel the order.
Any fees resulting from chargebacks or failed transactions may be billed to the customer.
6. Pricing Accuracy.
Prices are subject to change without notice until payment is received.
Quotes are valid only for the time period stated on the invoice or quote.
7. Payment Security.
Mr Mobility uses secure, industry-standard payment processing systems. Full credit card details are not stored on our servers.
8. Policy Updates.
Mr Mobility reserves the right to update this Payment Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
