Limited Warranty – Mr Mobility.
Mr Mobility provides a One (1) Year Limited Warranty on selected products, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Warranty Coverage.
This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials under normal use for a period of one (1) year to five (5) years from the original date of purchase.
During the warranty period, Mr Mobility will, at its discretion:
Repair the defective product or component, or
Replace the defective product or component with a new or refurbished item of equal value
2. What Is Not Covered.
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear, including tires, batteries, upholstery, grips, and cosmetic damage
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper installation
Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications
Water damage, corrosion, or exposure to extreme environmental conditions
Improper maintenance or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines
Commercial, rental, or institutional use unless otherwise stated in writing
3. Batteries and Consumable Parts.
Batteries and other consumable components may be covered under a separate manufacturer’s warranty or limited coverage period and are not guaranteed for the full one-year term unless specified on the invoice.
4. Warranty Claim Process.
To submit a warranty claim:
Proof of purchase is required
The product must be evaluated to determine warranty eligibility
Customers may be responsible for shipping, delivery, or service costs unless otherwise stated
Mr Mobility reserves the right to inspect all products prior to approving a warranty claim.
5. Limitations of Liability.
This Limited Warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by Mr Mobility. All implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty.
Mr Mobility shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product.
6. Warranty Transfers.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable unless approved in writing by Mr Mobility.
7. Policy Changes.
Mr Mobility reserves the right to modify this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. Warranty terms in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
