This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted for products and services provided by Mr Mobility® and related equipments.

1. Return Eligibility.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery unless otherwise stated in writing.
 
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.
 
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items.

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
 
Custom-built or special-order products.
 
Modified or personalised mobility equipment.
 
Used, installed, or assembled items.
 
Batteries, consumables, and hygiene-related products.
 
Clearance, final sale, or discontinued items.
 
Shipping and delivery fees.

3. Return Authorization.

All returns require prior approval and a Return Authorization (RA).
 
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
 
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or shipping error.

4. Refund Process.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
 
Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.
 
A restocking fee may apply, depending on the product and condition.
 
Refund processing times may vary (From 3-21 business days) based on payment method and financial institution.

5. Damaged or Defective Items.

Any damage or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
 
Items damaged in transit may be repaired or replaced under warranty rather than refunded.
 
Mr Mobility® reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders canceled before processing may be eligible for a refund.
 
Orders canceled after processing, shipping, or customization may be subject to cancellation fees or may not be eligible for a refund.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval.
 
Additional charges may apply if exchanging for a different product.
