Refund & Return Policy – Mr Mobility.

This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted for products and services provided by Mr Mobility® and related equipments.

1. Return Eligibility.

Returns must be requested within 7-14 days of delivery unless otherwise stated in writing. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.
 
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refund Process.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.
A restocking fee may apply, depending on the product and condition.
Refund processing time: From 5-10 business days based on payment method and financial institution.

Damaged or Defective Items.

Any damage or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Items damaged in transit are replaced or refunded.
 
Mr Mobility reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellations

Orders canceled before processing may be eligible for a refund. Orders canceled after processing, shipping, or customization may be subject to cancellation fees or may not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

We don’t accept exchange.
